Holli Worthington, owner/transporter, has spent her entire career working with the sick, handicapped, and disabled populations. She has been a certified Speech-Language Pathologist for 24 years. She started her career working in various settings including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, home health, and skilled nursing facilities. At one point in her career, Holli was a Regional Director of Rehabilitation overseeing the rehab departments in 12 skilled nursing facilities across Central FL. She has devoted the last decade of her career serving the elderly as a speech therapist and the Director of Rehabilitation. She is currently the Director of Rehabilitation at a local skilled nursing facility, where she has come to love the residents and community of Citrus County. It is there that she and her good friend/co-worker, Erin Snyder, became aware of the lack of available non-emergent medical transportation services to support the increasing needs of the residents of Citrus County and surrounding communities.

Erin Snyder, owner/transporter, comes from a background as both a healthcare provider and former business owner. She currently works as a COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) with Holli in a local skilled nursing facility here in Citrus County. Erin has worked in healthcare for over ten years as both a COTA and formerly as a Director of Rehabilitation. Erin’s mother has recently started having dialysis three times per week and has had issues finding safe and reliable transportation to and from dialysis. This helped her realize how serious the lack of non-emergent medical transportation truly was which helped spark her and Holli’s inspiration to start this business. Prior to moving to Florida, Erin lived in Virginia, where she owned and operated her own successful hair salon.

Jonathan Worthington, managing partner/marketing director/transporter brings over 30 years of experience in business to Eagle Community Transport LLC. Jonathan started his career by taking a small, privately held Boca Raton Telco company public on the Nasdaq. He was then able to liquidate his position with over 800% in returns. The firm was then successfully taken back privately after acquisition. Jonathan moved on to become the Director of international business for e-Direct, a Naviant company until the eventual sale to Equifax for over 150 million dollars. Jonathan helped to create multiple successful ringtone companies with focus on mobile marketing. He was formerly the Director of Sales for Connect Point Research, a Boca Raton technology company leveraging their intellectual property in the call center space with a focus on legal marketing for law firms. He took that company from inception to 3 million dollars a month in revenue. He is currently the Director of Business Development at Opichi which is a company that sells website design, lead generating, and overall business optimization.

Joseph Snyder, managing partner/veteran liaison/transporter, brings a very diverse background to the company. Joe is a highly decorated Air Force Veteran who served our country for eight years. When he separated from the Air Force, he moved back to Florida to start a metal framing business with his brother. He and his brother were very successful; building houses all through the Villages region. His brother still runs the business, but Joe left metal framing to pursue his dream to work in healthcare. Joe went back to school to get his degree in physical therapy and he now works at a skilled nursing facility in Marion County as a PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant).
